Please return the item in the same condition as it was received.
You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
Products such as Bartender Kit, Whiskey Glass set and Bags
"Free gifts" or bonus items
All items included in a bundle
Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable
For items with a manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must be unbroken and intact.
Items missing a serial number or UPC code cannot be returned.
Non defective returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the eligibility of the item and refund. Eligible returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
